This Parker Duofold comes in the original Limited Edition Duofold boxes, Parker literature, and has never been inked - considered New Old Stock in Mint Condition.

The Duofold Cloisonne Fountain Pen is a Centennial-sized Duofold that features gold trim on a mandarin yellow barrel. The top of the cap has a special Cloisonne emblem embedded in it. When you remove the cap, you will find the never inked 18K Duofold Medium Nib with the Parker arrow and Duofold name engraved on it and masked in platinum.
The barrel and cap are gorgeous with gold-plated cap clip and banding. There are no nicks, chips, cracks, or repairs. All of the trim shines brightly with no wear of the gold finish.
The threads on the cap and barrel are excellent with the cap always securing tightly. There are no monograms or personalizations to either the cap or barrel. This Parker Duofold is a Centennial Size (largest size. made) that measures 5 3/8" inches in length capped and 6 7/8" posted. The lower portion of the barrel is stamped with, "PARKER MADE IN U.K. Y.III which is the date code for 1996 in the 1st Quarter".
The Parker Duofold 18K Solid Gold Nib is Platinum Plated and is marked "M" on the back of the feed for a medium line/stroke. The 2-tone NIB is in fantastic condition and has never been inked. The Parker NIB's writing portion (iridium) measures roughly .68mm, or a medium point when measured with digital calipers.
This fountain pen uses an ink converter and accompanies this fountain pen. It is a Parker branded ink converter. It will also accept Parker ink cartridges
The factory boxes are in excellent condition with no damage. Each box is in Mint condition with no ink stains or damage. Inside the box is a Penman Ink bottle, Limited Edition Warranty Card, Parker Duofold Cloisonne Literature, and the pen itself. The black lacquered box is a stunning example of which any limited edition such as this Cloisonne Duofold would love to be housed in.

This is a special fountain pen due to the color that George Parker was fascinated with during his trips to the Orient and this modern Limited Edition pays tribute to the vintage older examples.
